Large fully fitted kitchen with dining area. The kitchen includes electric oven and halogen hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Ceiling fan. Patio doors lead from the kitchen to a small side terrace and large brick BBQ. Two archways lead off the kitchen to the large lounge and additional dining area with two patio doors leading to a covered terrace ideal for outside dining. The lounge has optional air conditioning/heating. Ceiling fan. Satellite TV/DVD/CD. Downstairs cloakroom. Outside the terrace joins a south facing patio, 8x4m swimming pool, pool shower and landscaped gardens. The garden is walled and includes orange and lemon trees and colourful shrubs with lighting around the pool to illuminate both pool and gardens at night. You will also find sun beds, umbrellas and garden table and chairs. At the front there is off-road parking.
